Throughout my experiences from the practicum trip to Nha Trang City, I had the opportunity to cultivate and enhance several professional skills, each of which has contributed to a noticeable change in my behavior and perception. These experiences have not only broadened my understanding but also allowed me to evaluate my contributions more critically.

   During the evaluation of my peers' microteaching presentations at NTU, I gained valuable insights into the disparities in teaching expertise. I observed that experienced instructors possess a distinct ability to create engaging teaching materials, navigate unforeseen challenges, and foster active student participation. This revelation has not only deepened my appreciation for effective teaching but has also motivated me to work on bridging the gap in my own pedagogical abilities.

  My involvement in planning various activities, including the workshop and gala (although technically), provided me with a profound understanding of the meticulous planning required for successful execution.
