Microteaching
During our practicum trip, one of the standout activities was the Microteaching session. In this intensive teaching exercise, my team and I were tasked with delivering concise, 10-minute teaching sessions one after the other. These sessions provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our teaching skills, adaptability, and creativity. It was an invaluable experience that helped us fine-tune our teaching abilities and gain confidence in front of not only the students of NTU but also our beloved teachers.

Workshop
Another significant highlight of our practicum trip was the workshop we all organized. This comprehensive workshop covered various aspects of our field, and we took on multifaceted roles to ensure its success.
One of our team members played the role of an enthusiastic Master of Ceremonies (MC), skillfully guiding attendees through each session, maintaining an engaging atmosphere, and ensuring smooth transitions.
In addition to content curation and presentation, we also took charge of the technical aspects, managing slides, sound systems, and other technical requirements. This behind-the-scenes effort ensured that our workshop ran seamlessly, allowing participants to focus on the enriching content and interactive discussions.
The workshop was not only informative but also a testament to our teamwork and dedication, showcasing our ability to handle various responsibilities and contribute to a successful learning experience for all attendees.

Gala Dinner Extravaganza:
The evening of the third day of our practicum trip was marked by an unforgettable Gala Dinner, a grand celebration that brought our diverse group of educators together in a spirit of camaraderie and festivity.
Introduction of the Show and Distinguished Lecturers:
The Gala Dinner commenced with a captivating introduction to the evening's entertainment. The stage was set, and the atmosphere was electric as we eagerly anticipated the night's festivities. To kick things off, we were honored to welcome esteemed lecturers from universities across the region, who graced the event with their presence. Their presence underscored the significance of our practicum and added a touch of academic prestige to the evening.
Gift and Certification Ceremony:
Following the introduction, it was time for a momentous highlight of the evening—the gift and certification ceremony. This segment was a testament to our hard work and dedication throughout the practicum. Each participant received a token of appreciation and a certificate of completion, a tangible symbol of our commitment to educational excellence. It was a heartwarming and proud moment as we collected our certificates, feeling a sense of accomplishment and gratitude.
Musical Extravaganza:
With the formalities of the evening concluded, the stage was transformed into a center of musical enchantment. The Gala Dinner turned into a captivating musical extravaganza that showcased the incredible talents within our group and beyond.
Learners and teachers from the practicum took the spotlight, harmonizing their voices and talents to perform a medley of songs that resonated with the audience. The atmosphere was filled with joy, as melodies and rhythms filled the air. The shared moments of music transcended language barriers, fostering a deeper connection among us all.
As the night progressed, teachers from other universities joined in the musical festivities, contributing their own musical talents to the evening's entertainment. The stage became a hub of creativity and collaboration, as participants from different institutions shared their passion for music and performance.
The songs performed were a testament to the rich cultural diversity present at the Gala Dinner, spanning genres and languages, and uniting us all in the universal language of music.
